Primescapes Ltd was established in 2009 as a result of a shared vision between two Landscape Architects full of energy, creativity, integrity and technical knowledge and has grown considerably over the years to become one of the largest design-build companies In Kenya today.
We draw our strength in the diverse talents and the unique combination of professional capability, creative practicability and insatiable ambition to excel from the directors. We have gained invaluable experience from the interest we have put in furthering our knowledge through research studies and associating with other professionals. This has helped us bring into reality a design image to be enjoyed by all through form and content. We endeavor to seek what has traditionally been and blend it with the ever-changing modern technologies to meet our client’s needs.

Our Office is well versed in Computer Aided Design and are currently using the latest design software in the market. It is our goal to provide a unified and balanced relationship between people and the environment while achieving the needs and desires of each entity through designing and constructing ecologically sensitive and functional outdoor living spaces.

Preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and coordination with consultants.

Tender management, contractor selection, project monitoring, and cost control.

Project execution either by Primescapes as the contractor or through consultancy and site supervision.
